This charming three-bedroom apartment includes 3 bedrooms, a classic bathroom, modern kitchen and comfortable living room with dining area. Stocked with essentials for every stay, this self-catering holiday accommodation is the ideal home-away-from-home for friends and families spending time in Edinburgh.

Interior layout

A flag-stone floor invites you in to the classic property, where three bedrooms can accommodate up to 5 guests. There is cosy master bedroom with a double bed, lovely antique furniture and en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom with two brass single beds and an additional single bedroom with an antique French-size single bed. A family bathroom with classic accents is accessed from the hallway and boasts under-floor heating and a bath and shower.

Please note, the single bed in the single room is a French-style single bed (115X180cm) which would be unsuitable for taller guests.

 A modern kitchen is fully equipped for both long and short stays and has recently been updated.

The living room provides the perfect space to relax after a day of sight-seeing, with two plush sofas, a TV and a dining area for up to 6 people to enjoy together.

Towels and linen are supplied and a high chair and travel cot are available by request.

Please note that there is no private parking bay available at this apartment. On-street parking on streets nearby is charged per hour and is free from 5:30 p.m till 8:30 a.m. from Monday to Friday, and free from 5:30 p.m. on Friday until 8:30am on Monday. Around and about

Northumberland Street is the perfect jumping off point for exploring the city, with bustling George Street only a two-minute walk away where you can choose from an ample selection of world-class restaurants, bars and cafes. From George Street, the many enchanting attractions of Edinburgh’s Old Town are just a short walk, including legendary Edinburgh Castle, the famous Royal Mile and St Giles’ Cathedral. Heading down the hill in the opposite direction of the Old Town, engage in some people watching in one of Stockbridge’s many cafes, browse the beautiful independent shops and sample some international delights at the excellent Sunday Market.

Booking requirements

One member of the booking party must be at least 25 years old.

Important

This holiday apartment is not suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of £250 is required prior to arrival and, in the event that there is no damage to the apartment, will be fully refunded one week after your departure.

House rules

  • This apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. No unregistered guests are allowed to visit or stay overnight.
  • Parties, events, and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. All guests must comply with our other house rules regarding noise and the neighborhood.
  • Please do not engage in any anti-social behaviour. Guests must not behave in a way which causes, or is likely to cause, alarm, distress, nuisance or annoyance to any person; or which amounts to harassment of any person; or causes damage to anyone’s property. This includes high levels of noise and drunken or threatening behaviour, which is strictly prohibited.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep any form of noise to a minimum between the hours of 9:00 pm and 7:30 a.m.
  • Strictly no smoking, vaping, candles, or incense burners. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is from 16:00 until 22:00, or later by special arrangement.
You will be asked to check-out before 10:30.

Should you prefer to receive the check-in instructions further in advance, please do not hesitate to let us know.
